Headers vs 340 manifolds

Is it not the sum of all parts working together?
I would guess that if you bolted a airgap intake on and run it with your 73 340 manifolds you wouldn't get anywhere close to the full potential of that intake.

So my thought is your headers, cam, and intake work together to make more power. Not just one part.
