Tunnel ram or no tunnel ram...

IFRs seem to be .031 in the carbs. They are stuck, I’m sure I’ll damage them trying to remove them…
What is the sense of me using IAB anybsize bigger than IFR at this point? Is IAB feeding air thru IFR?
