Stop in for a cup of coffee

We got it while in Fargo last winter when they had a seasonal fire sale on them. Thus we never really used it and are just now figuring out how to. It is a bit more involved than just grilling. But in Fargo it was pointless to try when it is sub zero for so long. We decided to just wait till we got here to break it in! We are liking it so far. Much more control than a grill. Which suits the control freak in me!
Yep and control is key when you're trying for low and slow. Too hard to do with propane and wood pellets sure don't hurt the flavor either.
