Gen III 5.7 mounts vs LA Series mounts

Most of the time the K frame itself isn't changed. An adapter mounting bracket is used in between the K frame and the motor for the hemi swap. It is a bolt in deal. If you have engine mount brackets for your 273 on hand you are likely good to go.
