You experienced guys. A friend has been into body work since 73. (met him at tech school) He retired and went back to work for 3 days a week. Talked to the shop owner and he says "I can pay him more. He get's more done in 3 days than the new guys get done in a week or more plus he is willing to teach them."
I'm starting to loose it in working hard, me and the boss spent most of the day giving each other a bad time just for old times . Had a good day I miss the boss just not the work on new cars.
