they complain because they either want a discoun t or ant it for free. I saw a couple complaining at a Wal mart tire center that their check engine light was on after the feller mounted and balanced 4 tires...he was there alone ,no manager but handled it well. the last thing they said was "so you arenot going to do anything about it then...?" he said"no I had nothing to do with that all I did was install the tires..."
