well, yes, it would cost some. If you remember, I did a thread on a "screamin' 318" or something like that. The idea has not left me, and I have a roller 318 (1985) sitting on the stand. I have other key components, like heads as well. I don't think it would be a barrel down the hole to add a few things such as pistons, and I'm not sure it would have to spin anything more than 6500-6800 rpms, in which case the cast crank may hold on. I think it would be fun and put it in the '76 Duster and see what happens. All speculation at this point. I'm not even saying 10.99 would be a goal, but THIS thread was to see what there was for combos (if any), but rather just a place to start for good combos
