I have roller SM heads as you know, I have adjustable 273 rockers/shaft and push rods, the '85 318, I have air gap intakes but no single planes anymore. I think the crank and rods would live happily with ARP rod bolts, and the block is good. Motor is still basically a turn key on the stand minus carb/distributor. I have roller cam cores to have reground. Again, I don't think I'm "thousands" away at all from building this thing.
