The shop was sold years ago, doesn't belong to Pink anymore anyway. Eminent domain has a whole legal and political process with multiple options for appeals, community input, legal wrangling, etc, etc. Not to mention they have to pay the market rate for the property they're buying anyway, which will be millions of dollars in this case.
