Solid Roller Lifters on Hydraulic Roller Cam

That brings up a great question.
Would a guy be better off in the long run to do both pushrod oiling and shaft. I feel like the benefits would out way the subtle loss in oil pressure.
I imagine a stock oil pump could handle that?
