Well just got off the phone with our boy. Looks like he is going to drop his retirement papers in April. He gets his results from last board evaluation in January. May or may not get E8. It is only an additional 300 bucks a month in retirement pay if he goes past 20 vs past 18. I told him he can make 300 bucks a month standing on his head in this work climate. He is now full time recruiting and got transferred to Battalion. He said the demands on his compliance to all things woke is driving him to retire early.
