Wow, glad you ran and got different results and challenged mine. I ran again (in NICB). I apparently needed to clear my cache after a prior search. Anyway, I got NEGATIVE results.

As to Vincheck/NICB being the same, here's the link to NICB's 'vincheck' VINCheck® Lookup | National Insurance Crime Bureau. Not sure which vin check you referred to.
