Stop in for a cup of coffee

I waited 3 1/2 hours in the car for him to get out of the surgery...

On the way home he was in alot of pain despite being on pain meds from the doctor.... He even was wincing when I was braking for yellow lights, so I tried to be more careful for the rest of them after we got off the highway...

He just wanted to get home and rest... He was up most of the night anxious about the surgery and didn't get much sleep...

So I dropped him off at home and went to get his prescriptions...

The nurse told me that we have to keep him on schedule for the pain medication or it will take 2 hours for it to "catch up" if it wears off...
