Land is sold by the square meter here in Vietnam. The piece of land that I just sold is about 500 m². But 500 m² of land in Vietnam is pretty expensive compared to land in America. Bought the land 2 years ago before they built the road for 1 million dong per square meter. Sold it for 2.5 million dong per square meter yesterday.
