Stop in for a cup of coffee

I have gotten myself in the habit of waking up at 4:30. I need to takesome melatonin or something. 6 hours of sleep isn't enough. No wonder why I take a nap after lunch! :BangHead: :mob: :rofl:
About the same. Stayed up til 11:00, didnt help. But i didnt watch tv when i went to bed either,seems i feel a little more rested than usual.
