I go to a ARNP. She is smart and thorough. She found my Mitral valve issue. And she knows when to send you to a specialist. We have a DO down the street that has really helped many people. She orders a lot of tests but usually get's to the bottom of the issue instead of just throwing darts at a board like many Dr's.
