I think Sparky is nuts unless he get some miles on that car first. New builds always have issues. My rule was always 1000 miles with zero issues before going to far.

When my boy and I finished my rat rod, we never left the block we lived on (in town at the time), then loaded up and went the 100 miles each way to Symco Shakedown hot rod show. Was awesome, 1 roadside fix. Granted not PowerTour miles, but for 100% leftover/discarded parts that I welded together including the frame, body, suspension, etc, we did great!
