Stop in for a cup of coffee

At one point last night it was a challenge to get in or out of town due to the 3-12" of rain in this county and the next to the north. I doubt CalTrans made any headway overnight. Rain quit about 21:00, returned about 04:00 at a much lesser extent, and I see blue skies to the west.
