Stop in for a cup of coffee

Projects we're starting one in the basement. Going to put in a bedroom and bathroom plus...I'd call it simple but it's not.
The bedroom/bathroom will be off the 1200' finished area. The bathroom will have a guest separate toilet and sink from the rest of the bathroom.
The other side of the bathroom shares the toilet and will have its own double vanity, combo shower/bathtub, and linen closet.
Bedroom will be a usual bedroom with a closet.
OK I said but with that I want a bar/sink (already have a frig) in the finished basement with theater chairs added to the living room with a bigger 75" tv.
Deal agreed spent two hours yesterday at Home Depot with the cabinet design manager drawing up the bar cabinets...we have priorities.
Also have a friend who repairs and restores vintage 70's style pinball machines. I think a couple near the bar would look nice??
My best friend's crew will do the project get the family discount plus they do great work.
It's a plan in action!!
