Are you an Imperial maintenance expert?

Yes, I know. An Imperial is not an A body car by a long shot. But perhaps you can help this A body owner with a question about the Imperial. I heard that back in the day, a Chrysler mechanic would come out to your home to service your Imperial, eliminating the need to bring it in to the dealership. Is this true? Did anyone out there ever work for a Chrysler dealership that did this? If so, did you have some sort of well stocked truck that had all the parts and tools that you'd need to work on one of these land yachts at the owner's home? Maybe this is just an urban legend, but please do chime in if you have any knowledge of this topic. Just curious. Many thanks!
