What is this tool thread?

I was with @FISHYPETE today and he wanted me to take a picture of this and post it here for you to figure out….it’s wood, looks handmade but it has a purpose and it’s automotive related…might be a copy of a tool you could buy? Not sure but he wanted to stump you lol
