273 318 heads w/ adjustable rockers

Before I list these heads for sale, I wanted to make sure I have the right application, years, engines. These heads came off my 1968 318. Casting number is 2843675.

Are these correct for 1968-1969 273 engines and 1968-1974 318’s?

If someone was an interested buyer, what other details would you need to know about them? I want to make my description is as accurate as possible.
