No, because the wheel openings are different on Plymouth A-bodies (Duster and Scamp), the inner fender panels are different. Likewise the Dodge front ends (Dart, Demon, Dart Sport) are all interchangeable. There is a bolt that attaches the splash shield to a big tab on the fender opening lip and on plymouths there is a big raised bulge there to meet the more vertical wheel opening.
