Had to replace the hot stone elevator chain on the asphalt plant.
Whole buncha these 90ish
attached to 120' of 
Bolt holes in the buckets 1/2". Bolt holes in the new chain 3/8".
Contacted our industrial supply guy, he turned us on to a shop here in town that made cutting tools.
"We got just what you need."
About 360 holes to hog out. One of their special cutters completed the entire task. Good tool :D
