A quick word on colonoscopies.............

I hate gatoraide. they were gonna give me sudo tabs but insurance won't pay for that. Gave me sudo prep instead, this is the first time for me for that stuff. Last time was the old junk, and gatoraide.

The liquid wasn't too bad, no nausea. I'm "in the middle" right now at 4AM no real sleep, and catch the bus at 8:30. I think I said 8 but it's actually at 9AM
