I bought an Interstate 24' a couple of years ago and tow it with a '95 D3500 std cab dually w/the Cummins and NV4500. The truck doesn't hardly wince at 10K+ behind it and it tows straight and true, but I also have have the equalizer bars and ajustable reciever hitch so one can adjust tongue height, which make a difference as well. You could get away with a HD 3/4T but you're askin' for disaster with a lighter truck! The trailer tows very well but I'm going back to an open 18-20ft trailer myself as I don't like not being able to see clearly around me...just my personal feelings. Lots of folks love them and it is something you have to get used to...no doubt! Oh yeah, it's also 7' tall inside and was great for moving to Tennessee.
