Aftermarket oil pump pickup height issues

I see. They do NOT fit with the factory windage tray without modification. I'll bet money they were designed to not work with the factory tray without issues because it would have been very easy to alter the design. Do yourself a favor and get the Milodon tray. It's closer to the crank anyway and it's cheap.
