I did Tri Tips for 200 at a religious retreat and was bushed afterwards :lol: The meat was perfect when I pulled them off the fire, nice little pink stripe right down the middle :D . The cooks that were doing the serving said "It's too rare!". Had to throw all those steaks back on the fire :BangHead: They shoulda told me beforehand they wanted it brown all the way through :lol:
