Stop in for a cup of coffee

The skinny pointy end of the tri tip is almost always well done. So ya gotta figger that about 1/3 of the stuff is well done when it comes off the far.

That looks delicious! I wish we could get tri tip here. I would have to ask the butchers at Fairway. I would smoke that bad boy and finish with a quick reverse sear. These photos aren't mine. (I wish they were)
