I had never even heard of Tri Tips before I moved to this part of the world. I was hooked immediately :lol: OMG why are theses things so cheap at the market? They're unbelievable ($.99/lb on sale) :D "They grind those things up for hamburger everywhere but here on the coast." was the response I got to my inquiries :lol:
