i apologize i forgot to mention how Californians overexaggerate with rain and floods because we dont see much of it. but as mentioned before from other* user we do have poor mismanagement of* so our roads and things flood* which trucking companies love to use as an excuse to charge double/triple. it was also my understanding that Norcal was flooding so much it was causing sink holes in major roadways*

beach pier was totally destroyed, some beach towns flooded.
