Yeh, SHOULD be simmple, but this is at least one hardware trip after I take it apart. Most likely could put old ones back if needed, but it goes wrong, and cant be sealed, I'm screwed. There is no practical way to even ad shutoffs to it cause it branches off the main feed in the ceiling and comes down inside wall. Only place I could, is cut a hole in wall and create a ton of extra work. So, whole house has to stay off till done... Starting to do some wall repair work for now. Probably get back to the plumbing tomorrow.
