Dan the Man cars ?

Back in the 80s and 90s many 68-9 and a few 70 B bodies went thru my hands. Projects to nut/bolt rstored, and parts cars too. This was before the (inter) net youngsters and there was the KC Star and MCG and word of mouth ther in NW Missouri.
I lived 1 1/2 hours N of KC, MO. (all the $ peeps lived in S KC.) There was a guy that called me about every 2-3 months for a couple yeras lookng fora 69 Roadrunner that meet his requirements. He WOULD make the trip up to my house every so often, BUT no matter what RR I had it always lacked something. Color, trans, interior solor, tint, seat, AC, PS., price, the list wa LONG> One day I was busy or tired and I informed him I will never find HIS perfect RR. I bet he called me on 30 cars.

Then there were the calls that always said, YOU are too far to come look. Lke there were 10 68-70 B bodies on their city block! ha

It is just NOT a perfect world.

Mom always said "do somethng even if it IS wrong!"
