Yep. Always thought VINs were sacred to the DMV. Like trying to transfer the cars soul. :eek: I don't really have a problem with it if the title is worded to show its a new car. Problem is years down the line when it showing enough age that someone can try to pass it off a a survivor and there is nobody left on the planet that can tell the difference.
