Oil on pistons?

OK so here are the results of the compression test. I let the engine run to get it up to temp. Sucks but have to do it to get accurate readings. Let it run for about 15 minutes with new oil in it and all the other changes I did. 16* intial timing, jets on primary down to 67s. Adjusted the Choke to be fast reacting on initial start ups. The engine hated the factory setting that brawler had set it for which is stupid slow. I cleaned my spark plugs per what I researched on. And put the new oil in for just to get this test done and wash anymore fuel out of the oil that was still there after draining the breakin oil. The breather is maybe smoking half of what it was which is a good sign so far. But I found 2 spark plugs covered in oil after taking them back out on the warm up for compression testing. Cyl-5, and cyl-8. 4 spark plugs were still really clean. And 2 had allitle black soot that easily wiped off. Here are the compression results.... not what I wanted to see. Mind you this is a low compression smog motor. The spark plug picture is what I called a clean plug.
