The mistake I made is the Chinese knockoff assault racing intake basically a edelbrock rpm airgap knock off. And no there are no locating pins on the China wall. I just feel the issue is the intake cause now I'm seeing small coolant bubbles popping through between the intake and gasket by cyl-8 cyl-6 area on top. Which sucks because these gaskets are supposed to be the anti leak little more thick gaskets. Here is a video of how the carb responds to throttle response now

this was before I noticed the leak. I'm getting 17 in of vacuum now going to 16* initial and adjusting the all 4 idle air screws. She has very good throttle response with zero stumbles. She fires up great on a hot start and only takes one small pump of gas to fire cold. I think it's in good shape for the carb. But not this piecof junk intake.
