Stockton wheel?????????

Is Stockton Wheel still in business? I've tried calling the 800 number, the regular number, and emailed them, i can not reach them.

I am looking to get some custom 15x8 steel wheels made, with 5x4.5BP and 5.25" BS.

If anyone knows how to reach Stockton Wheel, or has similar wheels available, please let me know.
