Victor340 and RPM manifold testing

I have always wondered, pre porting and post porting ( and I admit this could be a dumb question)
but..how similar is the amount of gas that gets funneled into each cylinder. Comparing each one to each other.


Not a dumb question at all but I’m not smart enough to probably give you the scientific answer. But my thoughts are many many of us run different jet sizing front to back. I don’t but many do. I think everything has a “limiting factor”. Cylinder number one may be able to help number 8 out some but at some point I would think it becomes a parasite to the other cylinders. Chock one up to to the fuel injection guys for better tunability. We all know the reasons for using a dual plane as at part throttle they shine but for racing find their limitations. Like I said I’m not book smart but I think that may explain some of the issue. Airflow for dummies by John Cadamore. Lol
