As long as the 392 is buildable, I plan on building that one. As for the 354, I’m thinkin I’ll clean it up real well, paint it up and put it on an engine stand to set in my shop for a show piece.
Awesome find Dude!!! Congrats!! IIRC, the 392 heads are worse-flowing because the intake ports were dropped to keep the induction under the hoods of the 300 series & Imperials with the taller block. Putting the 354 heads on the 392 is a 1st step output boost, find Hot Heads site, I'm sure the info is there as to intakes etc.
