Went and got tractor and made a trench across my driveway, im at the high point so no culvert.neighbour’s water is backing up, so quick fix is run it over my driveway. His neighbour’s culvert is collapsed and full of gravel and frozen mud, refuses to fix it. So i did what i think is necessary.

I get it Frank. One of the reasons I moved. In Pennsylvania I was at the end of a private dirt road that folks closer to the hardtop did not want to contribute to the maintenance of. Until of course my neighbor found out that the rescue ambulance and visiting nurse refused to respond due to the conditions.
