Dinner tonight is gonna be chicken and potatoes. Chicken will be dipped in a fine batter and deep fried to perfection. Potatoes will be sliced up and also fried with a tomato and vinegar dipping sauce.
A bit of gourmet dipping sauce for the chicken and a fine glass of world class A beer. :thumbsup:
Leftovers from the bar at lunch but taste better if ya add a bit of class to it.
