Been a MOPAR fan since forever. I still have my first Mopar a 73 Dodge Dart Sport that I've had since I was 17, dad had it first and was owner number two, me 3rd owner. I was a collision tech in my early years but when I went to the insurance side the car went into the garage / yard shed. That was some 27 years ago. The Dodge is now 50 and I'm 58. Time to get it rolling on the road again. Currently an 80's 318 bottom end 72 340 heads, cam, aluminum intake, four barrel, headers and such. Foolishly let my 340 block slip away. Has the original 904 with shift kit and a 68 Road Runner 8.75 rear end, re-arced and leaf added springs from many moons ago. All and all pretty solid and I have all the trim and such. Had dyed the interior black, swapped upholestry and buckets for bench seat. Had it just about mechanically ready to roll the streets again 8 years ago, as seen here, than winter came and back into hiding it went much to my sons disappointment. He's 25 know and has waited long enough for a ride and / or first drive. On and on it goes. Enjoying the articles and information. Thanks for having my Dodge & I.
