Usually the people who complain or nag you about something don’t understand the true scope of the project. If they did understand, they probably wouldn’t be asking the question in the first place. Some folks who keep asking either don’t listen (if you’ve already explained to them) or just like to frustrate you each time by asking (even if they know the answer).
