Yes It would be a good thing if a manufacturer could come up with a 330+ cfm head with stock port and push rod locations, if you could do 290 cfm as cast and 330+ cfm cnc'd but is that realistic goal?

Not likely with the pushrod in the stock location. Even if it hit 330 cfm it wouldnt make the horsepower it should.
