Yes of course there was a security deposit. I just had a team of Latino women come and clean the house, got a carpet guy coming this week to clean carpet, plus they owe me for 2 months of electric on the house. All will be deducted from their security deposit. Probably going to let them go in the yard work though
Sounds right. If you rented them a clean house, they should leave it that way. Yard work is a seasonal thing. Unless they actually damaged stuff it's a bit more subjective as to what they should have done.
