Need some guidance on transmission/flexplate/torque convertor

The 727 doesn't have its torque convertor unfortunately, so i'll need to obtain one somewhere. I don't wanna buy a new one just yet.
The transmission has been sitting for like 20 years, so a front seal may not be a bad idea.
