Front seats have the original plates underneath. Rear will be either the big washer that comes with the universal seat belts or I will make another plate and weld a nut to it.

I bent them using a Pirahna metal bender. You could use a sheet metal brake as well or a hammer and a good vise if you don't have those. I have done all at some point.
