The Chi Com Rubber is totally crap, these days, even up to and including tires that's probably a good call as long as they weren't deteriorated but being stored inside and in Northern climate like that it's probably all right. I know you're in good hands with it anyway so I'm sure you guys will check it totally out before it gets the road!
