Stop in for a cup of coffee

I do believe it is mostly in the carb, I am just now questioning the speed of curve tie with what you have shown. It does only happen from 2700-3200 ish and the sudden cruise to WOT. Both of those are 95% better with no vacuum advance and both bleeds open. Bleeds are for 1/16" or 1/18" hose, whatever size is typical vacuum advance diameter hose. Just polling the masses wondering if reconnecting the advance would be a good idea or just leave as is running as good as it ever has
I'd say up to you.
Ever notice public votes don't have much relation to success of the office holder!?

if you go with vac advance, it should help fuel milage and keep the engine happier on longer drives.
In which case, install a pair of springs with higher spring rate.
