Also, not that it necessarily makes it unstreetable but were probably in the low to mid 7000's rpm to make 650 hp with 408-416 cid sbm. For a lot of people that's outside of a streetable rpm making it a street legal race car, 450-550 seems to be the sweet spot for a 408-416 for most.
Here is a dyno sheet from an old shady dell build off of moparts. A 434 inch pump gas W5. 713 hp at 6600 rpm. Not a taxi engine but streetable for a hot rod.
